[groovy-dev] CVS anon access unavailable?

Ken Pelletier
I've been eagerly watching the chatter on the list about cvs coming
back online, and I see that things are coming back to life.  Phew. ;-)

I'm not sure if this is known or not, as I haven't seen anything on
the list about it, but I am finding that pserver/anonymous access is
not yet re-established.

I'm using the same connection string I've always used:

:pserver:[hidden email]:/home/projects/groovy/scm

Using the eclipse cvs plugin, I get this error when trying to sync:

I/O exception occurred: Connection refused: Server configuration
missing --allow-root in inetd.conf

Regards,

- Ken

Any progress on the anonymous access side? I get:

/home/projects/groovy/scm: no such repository

When trying to update my workspace through the command line.

(We do use quite a bit of Groovy in our product, and the plugin is helping a
lot...)

CVS information can be found there at the moment, until we create a new page for that:
http://xircles.codehaus.org/projects/groovy/
